Bio| claire | Introductions- Claire, after the Catholic saint and for its Irish spelling, pronunciation and feel (Irish and German heritage). A born and raised north-westerner who scoffs at or can’t imagine using an umbrella, not recycling or voting republican (no offense). A music aficionado who loves finding new bands and songs, finds song lyrics scribbled on receipts and in margins to remember, and who loves making music but has only dabbled in violin and piano and drums (taeko, Japanese) and guitar and singing and has never really settled down with one of them for too long. A sixteen year old whose concerns and efforts towards getting good grades and into the right college exceed normality. Speaks Spanish (“dime con quién andas y te diré quién eres”) and attempts speaking Portuguese (“deus ajuda a quem cedo madruga”) and signing American Sign Language.
